The activities of this program propose:
> To disseminate research findings as a way to contribute to social debate.
> To generate academic spaces for theoretical and methodological exchange and debate.
> To transfer knowledge to strengthen the formation of public opinion, to promote the defense of human rights, and to contribute to the design, evaluation, and control of public policies.
