Counseling and Technical Assistance Program

Couseling and technical assistance is offered to academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, and public and private institutions. Counseling work includes institutional diagnoses; survey design, processing and analysis; monitoring and evaluation of programs and policies; design and implementation of sanitary research programs, etc. Technical assistance is provided to improve the ability of research teams involved in the provision of services and to promote health care. It is offered at the different stages of the research process: formulation and presentation of projects; data collection, processing, and analysis; elaboration of strategies for disseminating findings and making recommendations for health policies and programs.
